Thinking of something to cook every day can be tiresome. Why not create a family dinner rhyme to guide your meal planning through the week (your menu and your shopping list). Here are some ideas

Week 1 Ideas:

1. Mexican Rice on Monday

2. Chicken on Tuesday

3. Walnut and lentil Casserole on Wednesday

4. Thai on Thursday

5. Fish on Friday

6. Something special on Saturday

7. Soup on Sunday (Minestrone)

Week 2:

1. Macaroni on Monday

2. Tacos on Tuesday

3. White fish on Wednesday

4. Turkey on Thursday

5. Fresh Platter on Friday

6. Seafood (or Salmon) on Saturday

7. Steak stirfry on Sunday
